We are not a lender. We cannot tell you whether you will be approved, we cannot change a decision a lender has made, and we cannot see your application — it goes directly to the lender or matching partner.
If your question is about an application, a payment or a loan you already hold, contact the lender that holds it. If it is a complaint about a federally regulated institution, the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada publishes the complaints route.
Corrections
If a sourced figure on this site is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and which figure. We will verify against the primary source and correct it, with the correction dated.
Privacy requests
If you have submitted a request through our form and want to know what happened to it, note that the information is passed to the lender or matching partner that assesses it. Their privacy policy governs their handling of it. Contact us and we will explain the route.
